I need some real help please? where can i buy size 4 big kids UGGs as soon as possible?

Content: I have 8 years old sister and she is so cute. On this Christmas she demanded for big kids UGGs and I promised her. I have only 90$ for her boots in size 4 I think the money is enough for this size of boot. But there is a problem, I have searched for big kids UGGs all over the stores and internet like Nordstrom, Lor&Taylor, Journey, UGG store, ebay and amzon. Some of these are selling UGG boots for 130 $ but I do not have enough money. Will someone guide me where I can buy the big kids UGGs? I do not want to break her heart
