My friend is on a holiday trip to Australia recently. And I am thinking of asking him to get a pair of ugg Women’s Abroad boots for myself. Will there be any difference in the price if he buys them directly there when he is returning?

The Ugg boots would cost around $100 Australian dollars and I feel there is not much difference even if the person is buying over there. But there is no harm in getting it from your friend who anyways would be returning.
