How do I use the Ugg care kit that I bought to clean my new Ugg boots?

I recently bought an Ugg care kit to clean my short and classic Ugg boots. There is a white block (stone-like) which I’m not sure of how to go about using it. What is it used for? Also, the brush that came along with the kit is not so soft and I feel it might damage my Ugg boots. Can someone help me explain on how to use the brush? And how do I apply the cleanser?

The stone-like white block is used to bring the nap of the suede after the cleaning is done. It is mostly used after the boots are completely dried. The brush appears hard at first but if you don’t gouge the suede with it, it will slowly become nice and soft. The cleanser is applied with the help of a brush.

Dilute the cleaner a lot more than indicated. It is applied with the brush. It slowly becomes soft. There is nothing to worry about the hardness of the brush.
