I have ordered my Ugg pair online through a website. It’s been a week since I placed the order and I have paid the full amount. I didn’t receive any confirmation till now, and I’m really worried as I have paid the full amount. I live in United Kingdom.

I live in California, I even had a same problem once when I ordered original pair but I got fake uggs. The website was registered in Taiwan. Then on I don’t go shopping online. If the website you chose is from a different country then it might take few more weeks don’t worry and remind them by sending a query.

There are many websites which are fraud and cheat people. They mislead people and take the cash and they don’t deliver the boots after the payment is done. Beware of such sites and do check twice before paying for something you want to buy online.

No. don’t worry I even ordered a pair which took over 25 days to reach me. I got my pair of Uggs in good condition as well. Please be patient and just remind them that you have not yet received any confirmation from them.
