I have recently bought a pair of Ugg boots for myself. I just love them so much. But now, after a period of time, I felt to wash the boots and so I did with only one of the boots. I washed with the Ugg cleaner, but now the shoe doesn’t make ugg boots feel soft as the new one or the other shoe. What do I do to make ugg boots feel soft and nice again?

Try to wash them with a wool-mix product. Wetting them or heating them will completely damage the furs on the shoes hence ruining them completely. Never try to wet them or wipe them with a wet cloth.
