My mom recently bought me the Ugg footliner or the sockliner – whatever it is called. It is inserted into my new Ugg shoes and I have used it for 2 days as such. Now the sockliner that are inside the boots does not seem to come out. What do I do? Do I need to rip this one off and put a new one inside or is it okay if I directly put a new sockliner inside onto the old ones?

I’m really sure of what exactly your description is. How the sockliner got stuck inside when once you inserted them on your own and it is hardly two days old? It is better if you can approach a local shoe center taking your Uggs along and describing the problem. The salesperson might be able to help you.

You need to remove the sockliner once used. If you are putting a new one you need to remove the old one and then place the new one. Else, the Ugg boots will not fit in comfortably and you will slowly start ruining the shoes.
